You will be sent an initial booking form, this should be returned with a preliminary team deposit of £200. Confirmation of your booking will be despatched within 14 days, together with a full booking form, the SportBreak Fair Trading Charter and details of our Holiday Insurance. Your preliminary team deposit of £200 is refundable up until you return the full booking form.
Holiday Insurance
To avoid misunderstanding we would like to remind you that completion of a full booking form constitutes a reservation which is a legally binding contract. If for any reason you have to cancel or cut short your booking and we are unable to re-let the booked accomodation you may be liable to pay a cancellation charge. This could be as much as the total cost of your holiday. For your protection we ask all teams to insure. Details of our insurance will be sent to you on receipt of the preliminary booking form.
SportBreak retain the right to cancel or alter any of the advertised tours.
