The Seagrove Hotel in Sandown is your base for the SportBreak Isle of Wight tour. The hotel is on the esplanade and faces almost due south. It commands magnificent views of the lovely Sandown Bay from the white Culver Cliffs to Dunnose point, yet is right on Sandown's main shopping centre. The hotel has a comfortable lounge bar opening on to a terrace and lawns which command a lovely view of the bay. Company policy means that the Sandown offers the cheapest bar prices in town.
The bedrooms are furnished with a view to comfort and cleanliness and many have sea views. Most bedrooms have en suite facilities. The spacious and pleasant dining room overlooks the sea and there are delightful views from the majority of tables. The cuisine is carefully studied and no effort is spared to make the menu both liberal and attractive with choices at each meal.
